Industrial adaptation is the basic approach of our activities. During decades of socialism in Russia there have been founded dozens of industrial enterprises, adjusted to another system of management and unclaimed in contemporary economic realities. Our aim is to reconstruct and adjust created manufacturing assets in accordance with market requirements.   • Moscow shipbuilding dockyard (Timmerman Yachts)

    

    Timmerman Yachts is an international consortium operating in the sphere of expedition vessels and motor yachts building. Its major production facilities are situated on the territory of Russia. Western partners of the project are leading Dutch companies operating in the sphere of yachts design Vripack Yachting International and Ginton Naval Architects, as well as the foremost design bureaus: Bannenberg Designs, Guido de Groot Design, FrancisDesign Ltd. Yachts with length of 20 to 50 meters form the model row of Timmerman Yachts.

    The history of Russian-Dutch shipbuilding calculates more than 300 years. The first person, who implied Dutch technologies in Russia and was responsible for naval and commercial shipbuilding at the times of Peter I was a Dutch Franz Timmerman. Franz Timmerman (1644-1702) was one of the originators of Peter I love to seamanship. It was he and the young tsar who found in Kolomensky palace (not far from the place, where the Moscow dockyard, the leading participant of the consortium, has been located since 1936) and afterwards reconstructed the famous boat, which started the sea history of Russia. Franz Timmerman not only organized two European embassies with Peter?s training in Amsterdam dockyards (where the tsar received a «Timmerman» ship carpenter diploma), but also supervised the construction of more than 150 vessels in Russia, remaining the closest friend and coworker of Peter I.

    Timmerman Yachts consortium, which constructed the first in contemporary Russia motor yacht conforming with the highest world standards, continues the successful Russian-Dutch cooperation in the sphere of shipbuilding. In 2007 Timmerman Yachts consortium entered the world top ten of yacht builders in respect of the length of motor yachts laid on berth of Moscow dockyard, which are constructed mainly for export.

    Closed joint stock company Svyazstroy group is an assignee of a manufacturing construction and mounting association, founded by the Ministry of communication in 1969 and performing its activities in the sphere of radiofixation and construction of regional and district communication lines.

    Foundation of the abovementioned association was the beginning of contracting complex creation for construction of various types of communication lines on the territory of Russia. Thanks to active work of our association during the period of time starting with the year 1969 there was created a construction-industrial complex, which provides construction of all types of communication in any part of Russia for any customer.

    All the enterprises, which form Svyazstroy group, have a great experience in the sphere of all known types of communication construction and received international certificates, confirming implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2000/EN. Nowadays the company uses innovative technologies, is equipped with the most contemporary and exclusive equipment and has a possibility to construct annually up to 10 000 km of telecommunication lines and to commission up to 1 000 000 of automatic telephone station numbers.

    The enterprise specializes in performing complex specialized, mounting, project and exploration works in the sphere of communication lines construction. In 2006 the enterprise performed works for the sum of 347 million rubles.

    — ZAO Mezhgorsvyazstroy
    

    ZAO Mezhgorsvyazstroy has been constructing line and station objects on the territory of Russia and CIS. During this time in the line there were installed thousands of km of communication cable and commissioned dozens of station objects. Mezhgorsvyazstroy company specialists laid the first in Russia long-distance optical communication cable, performed assembly and adjustment of numerous largest digital long-distance and international automatic stations and switching nodes.

    Stable increase of financial flows in the sphere of communication lines and objects construction encourages rapid development of companies, performing their activities in the sphere of telecommunication construction and system navigation. In 2007 we can expect an increase of financing volumes in the sphere of fiber-optic communication lines construction in the limit of 20 — 30 %.

    — The past 10 years were characterized with a significant increase of financial flows volumes in the sphere of communication lines and objects construction on the territory of Russia and CIS.
    — During the period 2005 to 2006 market of orders for communication lines and objects construction summed 26-33 billion rubles annually. The same sum was spent by customers for communication and telecommunication equipment. The first positions among clients hold Russian companies-providers of cellular communications OJSC Svyazinvest, OJSC Rostelecom, OJSC Gazprom, Transneft trading company.
